Smoking

Llys Aeron has a strictly no smoking policy, however smokers are welcomed to use the garden.

Off road parking is directly outside the guest house.
There are 3 steps to the front door which leads into the conservatory and 2 more steps before entering the building.
There is a wide spacious hall where you will be warmly welcomed.
The breakfast/lounge is on the same level as the hall and looks out over the walled garden.
There is a wide easy rise staircase leading to the 1st floor via 3 flights of stairs 9,3 and 7 steps with half landing and banister on left
There is a large landing with 3 rooms leading off.
Bedrooms

Room 1 - a spacious room with a super king size bed, en-suite bath and shower head.
Room 2 – twin/double en-suite with a walk-in shower with grab rail
Room 3 – twin/double en-suite with a bath and overhead shower with grab rail.

Guests are welcomed to use the garden.
The town centre is a few minutes from the guest house on foot.
